What's the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot answers questions in a chat. An AI agent executes tasks: queries APIs, runs code, updates systems, coordinates with other agents and reports results with full traceability. The chatbot is an interface; the agent is executive capacity.
How is confidential company information protected?
HyperPods deploy inside the customer perimeter (local Docker, dedicated VPC or private cloud). No data leaves toward public providers without explicit authorization. We apply ISO 27001 controls across the operation and encrypt in transit and at rest.
Are you compliant with Panama's data protection regulations?
Yes. We design deployments aligned with Panama's Law 81 of 2019 and the practices required by the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI). Traceability required for audit is logged by default.
How long does an AI agent implementation take?
4 to 8 weeks for a production pilot, depending on scope and integration with existing systems. No endless pilots: at pilot close, there's an agent in production or there's no project.
Do you offer support and maintenance after deployment?
Yes. Support with SLA on agreed hours, periodic agent updates when base models change, and monthly business metrics reviews. The model is Managed Service, not build-and-forget.
