We built a two-phase system with BAC:
Phase 1: internally manages all credit card courier providers.
Phase 2: provides tracking from application to delivery for end users.
One of the successful projects of our partnership, "Credit Card Delivery Traceability", was replicated across other BAC group countries based on the results: process improvement, innovation and project quality.
